What it is

One founder, a team of agents, one change at a time. Each agent has a role, and every change goes through the same steps: proposed, decided by the founder, built, checked and merged.

The founder stays in the loop. Scope, taste and technical choices go to the founder before anything is built.

The roles

  • Product lead and designer: write the brief and mock up options for the founder to choose between.
  • Architect: cuts a decided brief into build issues.
  • Builder, QA, code and security review: build each issue and check it before it merges.
  • Ops watch: checks the product every night.
  • Optimiser, test auditor and researcher: called on when there's something to sweep or look up.

Where it stands

The team is running on its first product, a public test bed site: Founding Agents. That site shows what the team has built so far, step by step. The plugin itself is private, so there's nothing to install yet.
